I'll first spend some time consulting with you to find out about your business, your goals and what you want your website to achieve for you.

Using the information gathered from you during our consultations, I will carry out a thorough analysis of your website, your competitors and the possibilities for your web site along with our recommendations. 1. Current Position Audit: This shows where your website is currently listed in the search engines for the words you've already chosen to target.

3. Competitive analysis. We examine in detail the sites of your competitors who have high search engine rankings and find out the keywords for which they are ranked. We use this research to decide which keywords you need to be targeting with the optimisation of your site. We also analyse the links back to their site so that we can tell you exactly what you need to do to beat them.
4. Keyword Research and Analysis: We'll carry out extensive research using professional keyword tools to discover competitive keywords relating to your website, your target market and unique to your business. We also analyse your recent web site stats (if we have access) so that we can see how many visitors you are getting, where they are coming from and what keywords they are using. From this list we'll tell you which keywords need to go on which pages and specifically where to put them.
5. Expansion of your website: From the above research and analysis we'll suggest how you need to develop your website to be ahead of your online competition, any additional pages that you can add to get even more visitors from the search engines and the content that you're target market are interested in reading. We also include specifically how you'll add these new pages to the flow of your website and the internal linking structure.
6. Title and Meta Tags: Based on the keyword research we'll tell you what changes need to be made to these tags and any other on-page optimisation thats required such as h1, alt and bold tags.
7. Optimised content: You'll be shown what changes to consider making to your content to make it great for positioning in the search engines and also how to appeal to prospective clients so they're more likely to buy.
8. Harmful Effects Report: If there is anything on your website that could be damaging to your potential search engine rankings, we'll tell you what these are and what you need to do to overcome them. You'll also be provided with information about what the major search engines look for and what unethical methods there are so that you can avoid them
9. Off-Page Optimisation: For the most part this is link-building. Link building refers to the number of links pointing to your site from other sites on the Internet. It may also be referred to as In Bound Links, Back Links, etc. The Search Engines consider your site important and rank it higher if other sites link to your site, especially high quality and relevant websites. There are two types of links you can establish on the web.
One type is to trade links (Link Exchange), where you give a link from the links page on your site to the partner sites. The second method is to establish only "incoming links" also called ‘one-way links' or ‘non-reciprocal links". With non-reciprocal links, you do not need to link back to them. Our main focus is on 'one-way links' as they offer more benefit when optimising a website.
